Where do I find this tutorial?

Hi, this tutorial was about ironing over a stamp after spraying a velvet fabric with water to transfer the image to the fabric, I didn't write down the name of it, and am now desperate to find it again!! If someone can point me in the right direction, I would be so grateful!!

I haven't seen this technique for a long time. I use to do this when I was young (about 35 years ago). It works better with synthetic velvet since the pile will crush better from the heat of the iron. Be careful to not use too hot an iron or you will burn your fabric and melt your stamp.
