Question Glitter

I am curious, how do you guys get your glitter on your cards? Mine always end up looking terrible. I use glitter pens, but whenever I use it, I always get too much on there and I can't even it out. TFS your tips!

Are there good products out there for this? If so, what are they and where did you get yours? Thanks, JOY aka daiseyfreak

I use stickles, Art Institute glues and glitters, Sailor glue pen, and the heat & stick powder.

I have the SU heat & stick powder, and I got the rest from my LSS and various places online.

I use the SU two way glue pen and the dazzling diamonds glitter and it has worked beautifully for me. I have never found it to look uneven or clumpy. Just make sure the glue and glitter is dry before you do anything with it. I haven't tried the colored glitter yet so I'm not sure how it looks.

I stamp the image with versamark then pour SU's heat and stick over the stamped image, set with the heat gun, pour the glitter on, pour off excess and quick set with the heat gun. Works great. HTH

I've recently been turned onto "Stickles" by fellow SCSers (thank you!) and I don't know if I'll ever go back to ordinary glitter. They are awesome and sparkly and easy to apply. SU's Dazzling Diamonds totally rock, too.

I use a glue pen to cover the parts I wnat glittery, then I add glitter I got at Archivers, it is ultra fine crystal glitter from Stampendous.
