ways to attach fancy fibers to cards

Can anyone tell me if there is a special way to attach fancy fibers to cards. Do you you glue them. If so what kind of glue or adhesive.

I use a real fine line of Crystal Effects. You do have to be patient until it dries. It will hold in a few minutes.

If you're attaching a bow or knot, I use a SU mini glue dot.

I use Eyelets to attach my Fiber. I add 2 eyelets to the card..(place where you want it) Thread the fiber like you would a sewing needle.
Then after I get all my fibers threaded, Then I take a smaller piece of fiber and tie them together. And you'refinished...NO GlUE No Mess!
