Default Interlocking Trifold Card

Can anyone tell me where to find the instruction for interlocking trifold card? I can't seem to find it but I know it is one of the challenge.

Maybe one of these threads is what you're looking for...

This is the interlocking three-panel card challenge, which links to the tutorial:

I think it may be a tri-fold card with 2 strips that you insert. One goes over under over and the other goes under over under. I've searched my house for the print out and I can't find it anywhere. Did you ever find it? Is it anything like this card?

Thanks.
