Default Pull packet directions?

A long time ago I made some bags that hold either popcorn or hot chocolate.....anybody remember the dimensions for that clever bag? It has holes punched on both sides and then you pull the package out by the ribbon. Hope somebody remembers it better than I do!

I am making 36 of these popcorn pull-up pouches for my kid's school holiday fair. To save on eyelets, I punched a 1/4" hole in the cardstock, then used reinforcements on either side of the holes (the kind you use with 3-hole punch paper so the paper doesn't rip out of the binder). You can use clear or white. I used white (it was all I could find) and punched the hole and attached the reinforcements before I stamped/wheeled the cardstock, so as to cover the reinforcement.

Hope this makes sense.
