Baby Wipe technique?

Can someone please tell me what the baby wipe techinque is? Thanks!

I got the below instructions from another wonderful SCS member, AZMommy.

Basically, you take the baby wipe and fold it up into a small (about the width of your hand) square/rectangle. Then you take your reinkers and make stripes on the baby wipe. Leave white space if you want to - do double or triple side-by-side rows of the same color if you want a 'wider' stripe. Then you take it and wipe it down the cardstock. You can use the whisper white/vanilla or glossy. They each give a different look at the end.
