GABLE OR OTHER BOX PATTERNS

I AM HAVING TROUBLE LOCATING PATTERNS FOR FAVOR BOXES ETC? CAN ANYONE HELP???

Or these attachments for a 2-4-6-8 treat box or a gable box template (which I would probably reduce in size before making--it takes alot to fill this size up!) or an Itty Bitty Purse template:

Thank you very much for replying to my tread! It helps out so much....I needed the gable box one, but I wasn't sure how to get ahold of one! I'm still sonew at all of this.....
