Tutorial for double slider card?

Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction of the double slider card tutorial - I cant find one for the life of me!

I'm actually looking for the Tutorial somewhere as well... it's not in the Resource area... I'll go looking again.

Okay for anyone else looking... there are like 3 pages of Techniques under the Resources..... what a wealth of ideas!!
