How do you make them? Like this one?

It looks to me like they put rub ons on a glass candle holder and then took a sheet of red line double sided sticky strip and cut it to size and then stuck it to the candle holder and then took the protective cover from the sticky strip and rolled the candle holder in a dish of micro beads, which can be purchased at pennywise.com.

Could have stamped on tissue paper smaller than the tacky tape used (double sided very sticky tape) and rolled in mini glass beads.
