Default scrapbook page on canvas anyone?

Have any of you ever did the scrapbook page on the canvas before?

If so, I was wondering ..........

1. what you use to attach everything? just regular adhesive, or spray adhesive, ect?

2. what do you seal it with?

I haven't, but I'd love to see answers to your questions and links to some canvases!

i just bought some art canvas's I am planning on putting scrapbook pages on them - I will more than likely use a spray adhesive or aileens tacky glue.

It shouldnt be that bad. but I am not sure how to finish the edges. maybe with ric rac or something like that.

I did one using modge podge to adhere the patterned paper & embellishments and I did another one but I painted the canvas and then used modge podge again to adhere the photo and ebellishments.

I didn't seal either one of them but they both seem to be doing fine without a sealant. One's been on the wall for 3 years & the other for 2 years & they're both fine.

I just used regular acrylic paint. (Americana brand) No damage to the photo so far ~ it's been about a year but if you're concerned about the paint harming the photo, you could mount it on scrapbook paper or cardstock before mounting it to the canvas.

I took a class taught by Quick Quotes this past summer. They had us use a quick drying, clear liquid adhesive (that they sell on their site) and glue dots. We did not paint it, but used Powder Puff chalk ink pads on the canvas. We did not seal them. Hope this helps.
