Trouble with Explosion Box Tutorial
 

I'm trying to make an explosion box using the tutorial posted here however the lid (that's made from a 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" square and scored at 7/8") doesn't fit the 7 1/2" square scored at 2 1/2" and 5".

Any suggestions?

You probably need to either make the top square just a little bigger (like 4 3/8") or else score it at 5/8" or 3/4" instead of 7/8"

Thanks for the help. I was trying to go by the tutorial but it wasn't working and it was really frustrating me lol. I think I got it figured out now :)
