Top Note Box instructions??
 

Does anyone have directions for making the Top Note box that's in the S&S catty on page 80? I need some dimensions for building the box. Is the same as the origami box? If so, what size of paper do I start with?

If you do a Gallery search for Top Note Box you will find many examples. Some have instructions, some do not.
