I've found one just by looking at the tiles in the gallery, and reading the descriptions. I'm stamping on tiles and adhering dyed clothes pins to the back as photo/recipe holders for bridal shower favors. I am using staz-on ink, perm. markers and then sealing them with a spray sealer. Some people even use chalks and then seal them.
Hope this helped! Good luck!

Oh my, there have been sooo many threads about stamping on tile. You might try searching the entire site, instead of just the "Techniques" forum. Some key words to try in addition to tile, would be tile coasters and tumbled marble.

Many people have many different ways of doing these. I've had the most success w/ unglazed tumbled marble tiles, stamp w/ Stazon and color in w/ pastel chalks, colored pencils, chalk ink or just solid images stamped w/ various colors of Stazon. I have also found that baking the tiles at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes helps set everything. (I've noticed some fading if I don't bake.) If I use chalk or colored pencils I use a light coat of Krylon Workable Fixative (not the same as Krylon Acrylic Sealant), which fixes the colors, but doesn't hinder the absorbency of the tile. You can also use Sharpies, or other permanent markers, to color in your images, but you do have to be careful, because the Sharpie can remove or smear the Stazon image.

Hope that helps...have fun!
