OMS... what is it?

I see references to a technique called OMS? I can't search for it, cuz that is too few letters. Help!!

LOL I've been wracking my brain all morning trying to figure it out. I post and then DOH!, it hits me.

Is OMS = Odorless Mineral Spirits?

If so, Ok, I get it. I've been trying to find Gamsol locally for two months... I WILL find it so I can try this with my Prismacolor pencils.

OMS = Odorless Mineral Spirits

Gamsol is just one brand name for odorless mineral spirits. Other brands, that you can usually find at chain craft stores such as Michael's, include Mona Lisa (which is made by Houston Art) and Winsor-Newton.
