I've seen several around town lately. There was one lady at the Hillcrest Baptist Church and there was someone at the Clay Madsen Comm Center, this past weekend. I haven't seen the gift card holders. They mainly had coaster and cards.
I just learned how to do this a few days ago and boy is it easy! Basically, you take an envelope and fold it in half and decorate the front of the card and tie it up with ribbon.
I'm sure this might sound a little confusing if you're new. The one we did at our hostess club used Night of Navy for the background. We embossed little dots all over the paper. Then we stamped a snowman on white cardstock and viola. The ribbon goes between the envelope and paper.
Maybe someone else has a better explanation than me. HTH.
We are having a small craft fair tomorrow at my office and I have some to sell. We are at the corner of 183 and 290 - American Cancer Society building, from 11-2. Let me know if you can come by and I'll give you better instructions.
I'm not a demo but I'm a stampaholic, as my husband says! I use mostly SU! stuff. We're having a craft fair at my building on Dec. 1 and 2nd. If you're interested, PM me and I will get you the specifics. I'll have a booth up and I would be happy to show you how to make one.
