I think you stamp on tissue paper, wet the soap and stick the tissue paper to the soap...?

Haven't ever done it, but I think that is what I read somewhere.

Stamp on cardstock and cut out your image. Use a paintbrush to lay down at least one (two is better) layers of modge podge on your bar of soap. While still wet, place your image on. Podge over it at least twice. You use the soap from the bottom, and the podge seals in the paper image and protects it.
