Half-circle cut-outs: Most efficient tool?

I'm working on a large baby announcement job (135 count). I need to cut 1/2 circles from the center of cardstock on a scored line. I've planned to use Coluzzle (and tested with it), but after seeing so many 1/2 circles used in the galleries here (namely for gift card holders), I wanted to see if that is what others are using or if there is a more efficient tool.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

I think what you're seeing is the result of using SU's Slit Punch. It's so easy if you need to make the circle fairly close to the edge of a piece of C/S and need that size circle. I love coluzzle, but I'd still use the slit punch in this case.
