Default Is this what crayon resist is suppsed to look like?

I tried it for the first time, but all attempts turned out differently. If this is not correct, what did I do wrong? A couple attempts just smeared all together and made one color. Thanks!

Thanks for the link to my gallery. I am having problems uploading... It is the crayon resist with the iron.

with the iron it is the melted crayon tech.
crayon resist is when you outline portions of your stamped image to resist ink that is sponged on or brayered on. If you used an iron to melt the crayons, then you did just fine!

Hi Heather,
Here is a link to a Crayon Resist that is in my gallery

Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

See how there are white streaks that highlight the image? That is where I used the crayon then I applied the ink on top then I rubbed the crayon off... there is a tutorial on Crayon Resist in the Resources section of the site... that is a link in the top right of the page!
