Need Help NOW! Stamping on Tiles

Help! I've got two friends coming over in 40 minutes and I can't find my directions for stamping on tiles. (not photos)

I know they get baked in the oven, and sealed with acrylic...but that's all I can remember.

Nothing like waiting until the last minute. Hopefully someone here can help me (or point me to the right place) while I continue to search.

I just stamp my images with Stazon ink and use sharpies to color in and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. I haven't had to use acrylic sealer on the ones that I bake.
