Default Stamping on glass

What is the best way to stamp on glass - like a glass coffee mug. Can it be stamped on with Stazon and heat set - will that keep it on there? Or is there a better method to do this?? Thanks for your help!

I would also love to know how to stamp on glass christmas balls...
