Help trying to find directions

I need to find the directions on how to make this cool design out of silver/gold cord. I remember seeing it here somewhere but can not find it now. You punch 12 holes in the corner or your card 6 on right 6 on left and then thread the cord through to make a cool design it reminds me of a spirograph (sp?) it frames the corners. I know there is a pattern somewhere showing the holes and they are numbered so you know how to thread the cord. It anyone can help it would be wonderful I am trying to make a teachers gift for Friday. Thanks so much.
