Are you using SU dimensionals? Or another brand? I used the ones from Walmart - b/c I didn't have any of the SU on hand. The ones from Walmart are bigger and require a larger opening. Maybe you have the same situation.
I think I made mine around 1/2". I wasn't using SU brand, but I say - do what works for you! I would try a half inch and see if it spins better. Good luck!
kimmer,
When I make a spinner card, my opening is a little bigger than 1/4 inch. I use the 1/2 inch circle punch to punch the two ends, then I use my paper cutter to cut in between the circles. This works great--saw it on another thread.
HTH
Shelli talked about spinner cards at the San Antonio regional yesterday. She said to make the opening 3/8 inch; 1/4 inch is too small and 1/2inch is too big.
I tried the spinner card last night and it did'nt spin.My slot was 3/8 ''. I used the rubber left over from mounting my stamps, I cut it the same shape as a dimentional and it still did'nt work. Do you think i placed it wrong? it is suppose to be set between the two pennies right? [/b]
