Does anyone have any ideas as to the recipe for the Schooner card? I am interested in knowing your thoughts not only on the whole card but on the piece that the ship is on....it almost looks cracked in some way....whatcha think?
ok,
you got my curiousity. Had to dig out my catty.
Boy... I looked at it and I'm still clueless as to how they did that. It kind of looks like the Cracked Glass technique, except that the "cracks" are so much smaller than I've ever seen in that technique. I looked in the back and I don't even see any scrapbook paper like that.
I sure would like to know... I'll be watching this thread... :?
I thought maybe it was stamped on vinyl or pleather or something of that nature and maybe rub some ink on it and then maybe some pearl ex for the shine but I don't know. Beats me.........I am so glad they put the recipes in the new catty's...it drives me crazy not knowing in the older books.
