Smile Comp book/journal instructions

;) Hi all,
I know someone out there can share their instructions on how to make those cute composition book journals that I've been seeing everywhere. I'm new to this and a latecomer (i know, i know) but what adhesive do I use? Do I cut first then glue? or glue first then cut and trim. Please help me if you can!

It doesn't matter that you're late - all that matters is that you made it!

I've seen all types of adhesives used: glue stick, tacky glue, tape runners, crystal effects and sticky strip. I've also seen the assembly done either way: adhere and then trim or trim and then adhere.

No hard and firm rules - just what works best for you!

Have fun!
