Smooching?

I have seen the technique of 'smooching' list for several card samples. Can anyone explain what that technique is and how it is done? Thanks in advance.

smooching or smooshing? Smooching might be another name for the Kissing method of stamping where you ink up a large background stamp, then use that as your stamp pad to ink up your other stamp so it has that texture on it. Smooshing is where you take a stamp and give it a small twist after you push it down, like with Roses In Winter, you take the stamp, ink it up, push it down, then turn it 1/8-1/4 inch while still on the paper. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the response. I guess I meant smooshing. I've used the technique but knew it as 'stamp and swirl'.

Thanks so much for reviewing the smooching/kissing method. I can't wait to try it--Happy everything!
