Default luminere

I went to Michael's today and they do not have luminere. They said they are the smallest Michaels and they don't have everything that all the stores have. I did buy some future floor wax however so will that do everything luminere (sp?) will do just as painting with pearl ex and the mother of pearl technique or do I need to order some off the Internet?
Thanks,
Jen

lumiere is a brand of paint and comes in many colors. The most popular is the white, which can be blended with pearl ex to make sparkly colored paint. it is not the same effect as future floor wax, which is clear. So, you would get very different looks. Hope this helps.

And Lumiere is also an acrylic paint so that you can use it on fabric, and wood and whatever you like really. The backgrounds one can make with lumiere is just gorgeus!!!!

I found mine at Michaels, but it wasn't with the stamp/scrapbook items. It was with the fabric paints. Try there and see.

I have looked at our small Michaels and A.C. Moore and neither had it so I bought some regular acrylic paint that has a pearl white look to it. Do you think that will work or do I need to go to the Internet and try to find this exact brand as it is the only one that works?
