High Heel/Shoe Template

Just wondering if anyone out there has a template for a card that is the shape of a high heel or any other shoe that would qualify as a "princess" shoe.

I need it to make 7 cards for 7 girls in my church.

I really like the Coluzzle shoe template, but I don't think I can justify the $18 + shipping just for this. (even though, I would really like, too
