Rubber Cement
 

Please tell me how you do the rubber cement background. I really like the one with the pastels colors. thank you Crafty :(

Hi LeeAnn ....The only rubber cement technique i am aware of, i just saw yesterday ! on a glossy piece of paper, using the cement create your technique (the one i saw she drew large hearts as it's hard to control) she then let it dry (not long as it wasn't too thick) then she inked up a brayer & rolled over top. Waited longer for it all to dry & then you can peel the cement off !
It looks really cool !
