water filled card?

I know that I've read through the tutorial on how to make a "water" filled card using the small zip locks and hair gel. I can't find the technique tutorial again. Does anyone know the name of the technique or where the tutorial is? I've gone through all the listed resources. Is there another list of tutorials? Thanks!!
