Default Ribbon Flowers?

Ok I love how the flowers are done with ribbon on AndreaSophie's card but I would like to know how she did! Anyone know? Andrea?

In her description, she said she sewed French Knots. Here's a link on how to do that...

I've done this alot when I was cross-stitching. Hadn't thought to do it with ribbon on a card! I have got to get some gingham!
