Card that pops up to form a box

Does anyone know how to make a card that has a band around it and when you remove the band it pops up to form a box bottom. I saw one on Twopea's(don't know how to post a link) and it was was very cute in the bottom or middle it had a saying. The lady received from someone else and posted and I just thought it was very cute and I would love to make one but don't know how. Help pleeeease

I've seen this card on the Carol Duvall show and tried to make it once, but gave up because I didn't have the right rubber bands!
