Default When you send your cards out...

When you've made a beautiful card with 3D flowers and butterflies what do you send this out in so the flowers and butterflies don't get squished?

This is my quest! To find a template for an envie suited to house a bulky card. Hope you get many responses!

i find the invitation sized envies i get at walmart do the trick. they are larger than a regular A2 envie. if i have bulk (which i usually do), i take a piece of lightweight cardstock and crimp it.....put in in the envie towards the bulk of the card ...both facing the back of the envelope.

i haven't gotten any comments on squished embellies.

Ive used this with a little bubblewrap for extra padding. Also when making this use medium/heavy cardstock.

I wrap my cards in bubble wrap and put them in envelopes large enough to prevent damage to the embellishments. Sometimes, if I have just a rhinestone or ribbon on the card, I will add an index card or two between the embellishment and the envelope. Right now, I have a card with a flower I made out of many layers of vellum that I plan to mail in a box as a wedding gift. I do not think it will survive an envelope.
