I noticed some cards using this technique today. Could someone please explain the how to's?

You can got to
www.twopeasinabucket.com
then select the stampers gallery or in the search engine type that in you will see some lovely art work or you can got on yahoo or googles and do a search and directions will come up!
I remmeber looking it up one day but can not find the site thought I book marked it but did not
