Default Kool aid and embossing powder?

I just saw the cutest card in the gallery and it said it used koolaid and embossing powder. Anyone have a clue on how to do this? It looked like sugar sprinkles on a cupcake. It was great.

The way I do it is to mix sugar free koolaid and embossing powder in a film container, then either stamp or outline your image with Versamark, sprinkle the mix on, shake excess off, and heat to melt.

There is a quantity ratio but I can't remember it now - maybe 10 (ep) to 1 (KA). When I did this with instant coffee I think I used 50/50. I'm sure someone can answer the ratio question better than I can.
