Default Pulling Pastels

Hello,

I have a customer that rec'd a card from a SU demo in another state and on the back it was written pulling pastels. I have heard of poppin pastels, drunken chalks, but not pulling pastels. The card was on basic black and had very light areas of pastel color, very matte finish. Does anyone know how this technique was done or if it has a different name? Any help would be appreciated. :?

Thanks

If I remember right, I think they cover the paper in a chalk color and then stamp an image in versamark, it will then 'pull' the pastel off...I hope thats right! =)

Could it be reverse pastels? rub the cardstock with pastels and lift it off with versamark?

here's a sample
