Default Baby Wipe Technique

H i!

I have never heard of the baby wipe technique until I was going through some of the pictures in the gallery and I fell in love with several of the cards.

Most of the ones that I fell in love with said they used the baby wipe technique. Will some one be nice and explain how this is done?

Thanks In Advance!
Holly
