does anyone know how to use fabric to make a 3d look on cards? the ones i saw had a basic flat first layer the other layers where put on with some shape to them to give it a 3 d effect but they held there shape when mailed . i first thought may origami but not sure any help would be appreciated. these cards were beautiful and so different
I used a fabric stiffing product by Aleene's on a Christmas basket over 30 years ago and it's still looks perfect. I even store it in the attic - here in Texas where weather ranges from 20's in winter to well over 100 in the summer.
I know that I am new here and card making but I read on a blog where the sprayed adhesive onto the fabric and then applied it to wax paper or freezer paper. It is just like moulding paper once dry.
