Default Problems with Adhesives-Help

I have the new mono-adhesive and I am really having problems with it staying adhered on all my projects, especially boxes. I even tried putting it on both the part of the project that it has to be ahered to and the part I am adhering. I have tried using double stick tape also but the next day I go to look at the project it's coming undone. Is anyone else having this problem? Has anyone else tried something else to work better? Please let me know ASAP as I am having a Stamp Camp Friday and this is going to be very embarrasing if everyone's projects come apart. Thanks, Carol

Default crystal effects

I spread a very thin layer of crystal effects where I normally would put the MonoAdhesive especially on 3-D objects such as boxes and it will not come apart. Hope this helps.

Carol,
On boxes and and other such items, the folds/bends creates stress..in effect, the card stock is in an unnatural position and will pull against it. You need to use the super-adhesive double sided tape (also called heat tape or embossable tape because it can stand a heat gun) or carpet tape. Neither of these tapes is as easy to apply as mono because they are not available in a dispenser, but they both work very well when solid adhesion is necessary. A note about carpet tape: there are two types out there - one has nylon webbing imbedded in it, the other is just plain....get the kind that is plain, because the the webbing texture will show through on lighter weight papers.
Hope you find something that works for you !

Default adhesives

I have the same problems. I made Easter baskets and tried mono-adhesive and 2-way glue. Neither worked. Next time, I'm trying the Crystal Effects.

Good luck!
