Default treat holder

Could someone please give me score measurements on the little treat holder I'll describe as having a front, back, sits flat, has a 1" flap on front, no sides.
You put little bags of goodies inside and staple shut.
Can be used for any occasion.
If you look from the side it forms a triangle.
Hope this makes sense.
I know it's simple, but my mind is Too!
Thanks

I just found a site if you start with a piece of card stock measuring 8 1/2x11
then you score it at ( long side) 2 1/2 & 6 inches turn it ( short side) score at 4 1/2 & 6 1/2 I hope this helps!

It's not the matchbook that I'm looking for.
It has equal sides, a flat bottom, perhaps an inch across and the top where the two sides meet has a one inch flap.
PollyM, thanks again, but those measurements did not fold to what I'm looking for.
There was one posted the other day here @ splitcoast, but I can't find it. One was red the other pink /W hearts cut out on the front side. Seemed that there was one score measurement missing on it.

maybe you can watch this video and get the idea of what you want. It is a lady named Angie and she refers to splitcoast on her video. Good luck!

Stampin'HappyInCT, yes that is is, but to me, the holders look like they are sitting flat and not proped up, that's why I thought there might be a score line omitted.
If this is just the matchbook proped up, I'm sorry I put you ladies through all this.
I wanted something that had a flat bottom to it.
Thank you all.

Thank you all.
Then take the 5 3/8" measurement and go 1/2" in either direction instead (4 7/8" and 5 7/8') and you'll have a 1" flat bottom. If you don't want to diminish the overall height of the treat holder, cut the 12 X 12 paper at 7 inches instead, add a third score at 6 3/8" and there's your flat bottom. But now you get only 7 out of a 12 X 12 paper instead of 10 -- 5 across the 7 X 12 piece and 2 more from the remaining 5 X 12 piece that you cut down to 5 X 7. HTH!
