Default Anyone heard of Color Fusion technique?

Apparently this is done with masking, and sponging chalks and inks to create wonderful backgrounds. Does anyone know where I might be able to get some info on this technique?

Thanks!

Default color fusion info

Here is a link that has a few examples and directions.
I hope this is what you are talking about. I was only able to find it at art-e-zine.
