I saw some post it bags made by flutterbug. I would like to know what she uses and how to make them. If you are on here please contact me

Ok here is a picture for everyone else:

It looks like she used the Top Note die from Stampin' Up and cut it to the way she wanted it to look. I have no idea what she used for the handle.

I did have a picture its in the blog here somewhere. they are so cute and I really want to make some
