Please explain "Reverse Joseph's Coat"

I have done this way too long ago, and I can't wrap my head around some of the samples in the gallery.

Thanks!

Perhaps you could link us to some examples because I'm not sure if I've heard of that one before at least not in reverse.

Haven't done this in a while, but here's what I remember:

Start with glossy white cardstock. Stamp your background image in the color of your choice. Use a sponge or daubers to apply 2-3 colors to the cardstock, but be sure to leave some white space. Now stamp an open image stamp (like a bolder line-art image) using versamark & emboss it with clear EP. Use the sponge or daubers to apply additional color. The embossed areas will resist the ink.

Hope that helps!!

That is pretty much it Jen, - thanks for explaining it so well. For samples, just search "Reverse Joseph's Coat" in the gallery.
