Pixie Stix holder
 

Does anyone have directions/template for a pixie stix holder. the sample I saw was just adorable; it used brightly colored paper and matching designer paper, and the pixie stix colors matched the papers so well.

I have done these before but don't really have a template.
I use a 1/4 sheet of cs. Score vertically to get three folds, like 2, 2" and then 1/4 will be left. This is where you will put your mono or double stick tape. I stamp the cardstock first of course. I have done for B-day favors and wheeled them and then added a square of CS on the front tied on with ribbon with something to match the wheel. Hope this makes sense.

And I also take a circle punch once it is together and cut a 1/2 moon circle from the top of the pouch. Hope this makes sense.
