I don't have the template but I can tell you the most efficient way to cut these to get 10 per sheet of 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock.
Now I need to try to explain! lol.. the hard part!
If you lie your cardstock down the long ways you make your first cut at 3.5 then 2.5 and 2.5 again. Then on the first (and larger) column cute every 2.5 inches and on the 2.5 inch columns cut every 3.5 inches. I hope this makes sense!
