Pencil Pouch Pattern

I've looked and looked and can't seem to find one
Does anyone have a pattern for the pencil pouches?

This is a brief adaptation from the SU site (demo portion from Stampin' Success, July 2004 issue):

Cut 8-1/2" x 11" piece of US white cs in half the short way, to get two 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" pieces. This will make two pouches.

Score cs at 2-1/8" and 4-1/4" from one long edge. Stamp cs. Fold over and adhere the long edges together. Crimp bottom and adhere bottom edges together. Punch partial circle in top edges. Decorate as desired, using an additional crimped strip of cs, hemp, ribbon, tags, eyelets, etc.

I have a pattern in the idea gallery on my website for a vertical pouch. It can be adapted in size depending on what you are putting in it. The smallest pattern fits pens and pencils.
