Default 41/8 x 91/2 envelope money card

I cant quite get a grip in this one.

A friend of mine saw a graduation card made from this size of a mailing envelope. She said the env. was sealed and 1/3 was cut off the end. The longer end was crimped which made it so the 1/3 slipped over like a sleve and it was decorated. It seems like I am missing something.

Help if you have seen or made this

It works just like she said. We did these and put packets of hot chocolate mix in them for Christmas. seal your envelope, hold it longways vertical and cut the top 1/3 off. Now stamp and paint it the crimp the longer portion from side to side, this makes it slightly smaller than the original envelope and the top (1/3 cut portion) will fit over the crimped lower section. Really cute and simple once you do the first one. Good luck, sorry I don't have a picture for you.
