Here's a substitute for "Stumps"
I'm kind of new to stamping and am still working to obtain all the necessary supplies. I wanted to try using my new prismacolor pencils with the odorless mineral spirits - but I didn't have any stumps and couldn't head out to the store today. I remembered that I had lollipop sticks for making the chocolate or cookie pops. They're rolled up paper. I sanded the end to make a little point - and it worked great! I had to hold the stick near the point to keep it from breaking - but I probably would have done that with a stump for control. Just thought I'd pass that along.
