Default Accordion flower

Anyone have instructions for the accordion flower used in the new Sale-a -Bration catty? I followed the instructions posted on the SU website; but I just don't quite get it, so I was wondering if anyone else had a better how to?
Thanks

I found that running my strip through the crimper made it more workable and I just fan creased it rather than measuring. One inch width seems to work the best, but the length just determines the number of creases in the flower. I made a shorter one with bliss blue and it looks more like a morning glory. Maybe someone else will have a better way.
