Default Stampin on Onesies - yet again, sorry!

Hi, read all the threads I can find and have a question re stazon ink.
I have stazon and SU classic water based dye ink.

Are the stazon inks on onesies better or the craft - do both last as long?

Now have seen a site where they used acrylic paints - has anyone used these?

Hi I was just wondering thru looking for new techniques to learn and saw your thread. I did some onesies for my new great nephew and I used Stampin Up reinkers and a bottle of fabric medium from Michaels to make my own fabric ink. So far they have been washed several times and my nephew's wife says they still look great. They are a lil stiff to the feel at first, but she says that wears off after a while. If you want more info on how I did it just let me know.

I would love to know how you did it! It sounds fabulous and I was wanting to do some stamping on onesies and T-shirts to give as gifts!

Thanks for that info - I tried stazon and it worked okay but think you have to use vibrant colours to get the best results. We don't have Michael's here so hope I can find an Australian equivalent of the fabric medium.

I used Memento Black Tuxedo ink. And then I ironed it to "heat set it". Then I used my Copic markers to color. I ironed it again to set the colors.

I even stamped little daisies on the sleeves!
