Me too...I love the card, can I get a template. :D

The link to the template is probably gone since the "big switch" earlier this year. A lot of the attachments posted prior to the switch have disappeared... try a PM to the original poster.

ps_ I have PM'ed busystamperof5 and asked her to re-post the template...hopefully she can when she's not too busy!
